Refund Policy

Makeinlab provides the option of product return or refund, provided the product is in good and resale-able condition. If you find a product defective, you can email us at contact care@makeinlab.in.

How do I cancel an order on MAKE IN LAB?

For outright cancellations by you:

1st step- inform us over WhatsApp

    • If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
If the cancellation is after your product has shipped:
  • If you did not receive the product, it will be eligible for a partial refund deducting the Courier charges, and Return charges applied by couriers.
  • If you received the product, a replacement will be sent to you Free of cost, only in cases where there are defects found with the product
  • If you received a product that is not defective, it will be eligible for a partial refund deducting the Courier charges, and Return charges applied by couriers.
Exchange Policy: 1st step- inform us over WhatsApp
    • If you received a product that is not defective, it will be eligible for exchange only if informed to us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Courier charges and Return charges applied by couriers will have to be deposited by the customer.
Return/ exchange policy for orders with discount coupon applied:
  • If your order has any discount coupon applied, it will not be valid for an exchange or refund as mentioned on the coupon post/ description. If on coupon post/ description, return or exchange policy is not mentioned, return/ exchange will be done only after deducting the Coupon Discount applied, Courier charges, and Return charges applied by couriers.
Refund Policy:
  • Refunds will be made within 10 working days on Google Pay/ Phone Pe/ Bank Transfer/ any other UPI or store credit.
Return Policy:

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care or email us at care@makeinlab.in mentioning your Order ID. We will ensure that a brand-new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back (in case of returns after receiving the product)

Apart from the condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:

  • Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product.
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.

Payment will be refunded only when the product reaches back to us with product seal pack.
